Noise and Vibration Consultancy

Kimber Acoustics is an independent consultancy providing acoustic advice that prevents planning delays, design rework, and noise complaints.

Noise and vibration issues frequently trigger planning objections, restrictive conditions, and late design changes when they are identified too late or assessed poorly. Kimber Acoustics works with developers, designers, and contractors to identify acoustic risk early, provide evidence that satisfies local authority scrutiny, and ensure noise and vibration are properly controlled through design and construction.

Projects are undertaken across South Wales and the M4 corridor, including Cardiff, Bristol, Newport, Oxford, and London, with regular engagement with local planning authorities and environmental health officers. This local familiarity helps ensure that assessments are proportionate, defensible, and aligned with how conditions are applied and enforced in practice.
