The development has seen the demolition of a 1970’s office block and new build construction of a student accommodation building. The current 314 bed scheme is under construction. The site is constrained by an adopted highway running through the site and by scale and massing due to proximity to a conservation area. The three interconnected blocks offer in addition to studios and flats, a gym, games room, study area and communal lounges.
