Weir House Apartments, Bristol
The change of use scheme is a permitted development to convert a 1960’s office building into residential apartments. The building overlooks a weir that separates the River Avon from the Bristol Floating Harbour.
The scheme has been bought by Merlin Housing Association and is being part funded by Bristol City Council to provide affordable housing for the city. The apartments will provide the residents with high levels of sound and thermal insulation.
