Twerton Mill is brand new student accommodation opening in September 2015 and is located on the Lower Bristol Road, Bath. It is a development of private student accommodation buildings that is ideally situated for students attending either Bath Spa University or The University of Bath. The site is located on a brownfield site on a main commuter route.

This student accommodation offers a number of studios, cluster flats and town houses, all fully furnished to a high standard with en suite bathroom and kitchen facilities. The building uses local lias stone and cladding to create a contemporary appearance that also reflects the historic importance of the site.

Twerton Mill also has on-site laundry, secure bike storage and a friendly on-site management and maintenance team.
