Complaint investigation
Occasionally there may be times when things have been missed by the design team or contractor and legitimate complaints may be received. Some complaints have no technical basis but are due to a subjective expectation of what the residents wished to be provided with.
Careful consideration should be given to the course of action to take. Legalities of poor sound insulation claims and noise nuisance claims can become very complex. Expert legal advice should be sought immediately if such circumstances arise.
We will undertake to investigate complaints of any nature regarding acoustics, noise and vibration. Such maybe that of an adjacent industrial facility, construction or demolition works, neighbour noise or providing independent qualitative and quantitative analysis in the defence of a complaint.
